Every portrait we make is created individually for you, hand-drawn by a real artist based on the photo and options you choose. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, it is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return once production has started, in line with standard practice for personalized and made-to-order goods.

Before we print

You always see a preview of your hand-drawn portrait before it goes to print. You can request changes at this stage, and we adjust until you're happy. Nothing is printed or shipped without your approval.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the approved preview, contact us at info@portraitmuse.com with photos of the issue. We will correct it or refund you.
