How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number, usually within a day of shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Once your order has been processed or shipped, the address can no longer be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Because every portrait is hand-drawn, production and delivery typically take 7 to 14 business days. Your order ships within 24 hours of completion. Exact shipping rates and delivery estimates for your country are shown at checkout.

How do I return an item?
