These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Portraitmuse (portraitmuse.com), operated by Quang Tran Huy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Product listings on our site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order becomes binding once you complete checkout, and we confirm it by email or by shipping your order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of order.

4. Custom-made products

Every portrait is created individually based on the photo and options you provide. You will receive a preview before printing and production, and production begins only after your approval.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any photo or image you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
